<p style="text-align: justify;">Lõika liha 1 cm paksusteks viiludeks ning tao lihahaamriga ühtlaselt õhukeseks. Nii küpseb liha ühtlaselt.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Sega kaussi riivsai ja Parmesan. Klopi muna lamedas kaisus lahti. Maitsesta lihaviilud mõlemalt poolt vähese soola ning sidrunipipraga. Kasta lihalõik esmalt muna segusse ning seejärel paneeri juustusegus. Prae liha mõlemalt poolt kuldpruuniks.</p>
