<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>250 g küpsiseid</strong> (sobivad mistahes maitsega, mida isiklikult eelistad, mina kasutasin Selga klassikalisi küpsiseid)</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>150-250 g</strong> <strong>šokolaadi või glasuuri </strong>pulgakookide katmiseks (omal valikul, kasuta kas spetsiaalselt glasuuri või tavalist küpsetusšokolaadi nt)</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Pulgakookide <strong>pulgad</strong> &#8211; olemas on spetsiaalsed pulgakookide jaoks mõeldud pulgad, mida on saada puidust või plastikust, kuid sobivad kõiksugused muud pulgad, mida kasutada on (nt puidust grillvardad)</p>
<p><strong>Kaunistamiseks</strong> nonparelle, suhkrumassist tehtud lilli jms</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Pulgakookide pallide valmistamiseks alusta küpsiste mikserdamisega saumikseriga. Seejärel lisa toorjuust ning mikserda segu uuesti ühtlaseks.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Kuna pulgakookide segu on üsna magus (seetõttu need ka üsna väikeste ampsudena serveeritakse), siis võid magususe mahendamiseks lisada segusse näiteks apelsini-, laimi- või sidrunimahla, lisaks kuivatatud marjade laaste jms. Algselt plaanisin valmistada traditsioonilisi pulgakooke (ehk lihtsalt küpsiste ja toorjuustu täidisega), kuid nende segu oli nii magus, et lisasin maitse järgi apelsinimahla ning kuivkülmutatud vaarikaid.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Kaalu tainast 20 g tainaportsud (jah, pildil näitab kaal 25 g, kuid selle kaaluga tulid minu jaoks liiga suured pallid, seega kaalusin ringi aga uut pilti ei teinud, upsi!) ning vooli neist käte vahel ilusad ümmargused pallid. Aseta kuskile alusele ning tõsta külmkappi tahenema. Pulka ära pallide sisse veel torka.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Sulata vesivannil enda valitud šokolaad, mida glasuurimiseks kasutada soovid. Vala sulatatud glasuur/šokolaad (edaspidi kasutan ühist nimetust &#8220;glasuur&#8221;) kruusi või mõnda muusse anumasse, mis on kitsas ja sügav. Kasta pulgakookide pulgad 1-1,5 cm ulatuses glasuuri ning torka selle sama otsaga tainapalli sisse. Toimi kõigi pallidega sama moodi. Vahepeal neid külmkappi tõsta uuesti ei pea. Võid koheselt alustada terve pulgakoogi glasuuri sisse kastmisega.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Kui oled pulgakoogi glasuuri sisse pannud, siis ära palle glasuuris keeruta (see võib palli pulga otsast ära kukutada) ning ära hoia seda seal liiga kaua (kui glasuur on kogu palli ära katnud, tõsta see koheselt välja). Hoia pulgakooki nii kaua tassi kohal, kuniks kõik üleliigne glasuur on maha valgunud ning puista üle meelepärasega, mida kaunistamiseks oled valinud.</p>

<h5><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>GLASUUR VS TAVALINE ŠOKOLAAD</strong></span></h5>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Glasuur</strong><strong>ide</strong> kasutamine pulgakookide, küpsiste, kommide jms katmiseks on lihtsam, kuna nendesse lisatud taimerasv tahendab šokolaadi tunduvalt kiiremini. Lisaks sellele, et glasuur taheneb kiiremini (pulgakoogid saab külmkappi asetada edasiseks tahenemiseks juba nt karbis) on ta oma tekstuurilt vedelam kui tavaline šokolaad ning seetõttu kogu üleliigne glasuur valgub pulgakoogilt kiiremini maha (ehk kogu pulgakookide katmise protsess võtab vähem aega) ja pulgakoogile jääb glasuuri õhem (glasuuri kulub vähem) ja <span style="text-decoration: underline;">krõmpsuvam</span> kiht. Lisaks <span style="text-decoration: underline;">veel</span> eelnevale: glasuure on saadaval erinevaid värve, seega annab see sulle võimaluse teha pulgakoogid nt kollased, rohelised, roosad.. põhimõtteliselt igat värvi, mida soovid.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Kui ei soovi eraldi glasuuri osta (seda peab tellima kindlatest e-poodidest) siis täiesti võimalik on teha seda tavalise <strong>šokolaadiga</strong>. Arvestama peab ainult sellega, et tavalise šokolaadi kasutamisega kulub rohkem aega ning protsess võib olla paras plätserdamine (veidi liialdan!). Tavaline šokolaad on oma tekstuurilt paksem (kui kodus on, võid šokolaadi vedeldamiseks selle sulatamise ajal lisada juurde veidi (1 tl kuhjaga) kookosrasva). Kui pulgakoogid kastad šokolaadi sisse , siis šokolaadi puhul läheb rohkem aega, et kogu üleliigne mass sellelt maha valguks. Lisaks tahenemine võtab topelt aega &#8211; arvestama pead sellega, et külmkappi tuleb asetada pulgakoogid koos alusega, millesse nad torganud oled, et nad püsti püsiksid. Pulgakookidele jääb paksem kattekiht ning see ei ole nii krõmps kui jääb glasuur.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Torka glasuuritud pulgakoogid penoplasti sisse ning korda tegevust (glasuurimine, kaunistamine, tahenemine) kõikide pulgakookidega. Kui pulgakoogid on glasuuritud siis aseta nad edasiseks tahenemiseks külmkappi. Kui kasutasid pulgakookide katmiseks glasuuri, siis saad pulgakoogid külmkappi asetada karbiga, šokolaadikatte korral ei ole see ilmselt veel tahenenud ning koogid pead külmikusse panema koos penoplastiga. Muidugi võid pulgakooke tahendada nö &#8220;tagurpidi&#8221; ehk pall allpool ja pulk üleval. Sedasi toimides pead arvestama, et palli ümber valgub glasuurist piltlikult öeldes seelik, mis maitset muidugi ei mõjuta, kuid kui oluline on pulgakookide välimus, siis tead, millega arvestada.</p>

Vooderda väike anum küpsetuspaberiga (nii saad šokolaadi vormist lihtsasti kätte). Kalla anumasse ülejäänud glasuur/šokolaad, puista peale nt kuivkülmutatud vaarikaid, pähkleid jms. Aseta külmkappi tahenema ning šokolaad on &#8220;valmis&#8221;, kui see on kõvaks muutunud.</p>
